Otto Group asked gravity to create new business models  targeting one of their subsidiaries' main customer base of women 50+. Team members of Otto were part of the entire process and learned the design thinking method hands on.

Together we analysed the user group's current services and conducted user research to identify what truly moves women in the middle of their lives - related to fashion and otherwise. Based on the revealing insights we gathered, we created concepts for a variety of business opportunities and tested them with prototypes.
