Polychange is a strategic foresight project developed with the Foresight Academy to explore one urgent question: how do we want to live in ten years, under conditions shaped by ongoing polycrisis?

Ecological, geopolitical, technological, sociocultural, and economic forces were mapped as the significant forces driving disruptive change. This allowed us to examine how those forces intersect and compound. The outcome is both a special report and a working methodology designed to support strategic decision-making in uncertain times for the brand partners of the Foresight Academy.

Built as a modular toolkit, Polychange helps brands construct their own lens intersections and generate actionable insights, cutting through complexity without over-simplifying it and creating a new sense of agency and actionability to help override anxiety.
