Vicky leads communication design and storytelling at gravity. She loves bold design choices and prefers to think big, the result of which have been numerous award-winning designs.
Before co-founding gravity, she worked as graphic and communication designer at IDEO, ligalux, and fischerAppelt. Vicky holds a diploma in New Media/Intermedia from Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design, Kiel and a vocational diploma as design assistant in Media and Communication.

Judith leads strategy at gravity. She is acting as managing director.She loves pushing the boundaries of what is possible and enjoys cracking tough challenges – while not forgetting that hard work needs to be balanced by great fun.
Before co-founding gravity, she worked as human factors specialist and project manager at IDEO. Judith holds a master’s degree in Chinese Studies and Economics from Heidelberg University.

Chris works as a senior design engineer and project manager at gravity.He loves working across disciplines and is passionate about experimental design – and furniture.
Before joining gravity, he worked as a hydraulics, plastics and packaging design engineer for Fluidra Group and as a concept designer for the Lego concept lab. Chris holds master’s degrees in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art (London), Imperial College (London), and Elisava Technical School of Design (Barcelona).
Claire works as a design researcher and storyteller at gravity. With a great passion for writing and good stories, she is very curious and loves to explore new things – tinkering with words until an idea reveals its true potential.
Before joining gravity, she worked as an online editor and PR specialist for a start-up and freelance as an innovation researcher. Claire holds a B.A. in communication and a B.Sc. in psychology, both from Munich University.
Julia leads storytelling and design research at gravity. She loves playing with words and tweaking a text until it’s perfect as well as empathizing with people and finding out what really matters to them.
Before joining gravity, she trained as Human Factors Specialist at IDEO and worked as freelance innovation researcher and assistant director in the film industry. Julia holds a master’s degree in Political Science, Intercultural Communication and Spanish Literature from Munich University.
Flaminia works as a communication and business designer at gravity. She loves finding the right balance between design, strategy and economics when using the design process as strategic tool for growing companies and organisations.
She holds a MSc in Business and Design, a B.A. in Design from the University La Sapienza, Rome and studied Branding and Communication Design in France at L’École de Design, Nantes Atlantique.
Lisi is part of the design research team at gravity. In a world just as colorful as her imagination, she doesn’t settle for simple solutions but dallies with all kinds of disciplines to find the best approach to a challenge. Before joining gravity, she worked as a research assistant in philosophy of motivation and wrote for several editorial companies such as Süddeutsche Zeitung.
In her student years she travelled Munich’s university landscape from Munich University and Munich School of Philosophy all the way to the Technical University of Munich. Lisi holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering.
With a soft spot for interior design, he enjoys creating fascinating scenography, always in search of intriguing storytelling and ingenious user experience concepts, especially in the realm between technology and physical spaces, his favorite combination for staging products and services.
Before joining gravity, Tobias worked for a global consumer electronics brand, showcasing technological innovations in interactive installations, fair stands, and exhibitions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in design management of the AMD Munich. For more than ten years, Tobias has been working as freelancing fashion and communications designer.
Trend forecasting and brand
Driven by creativity and curiosity alike, she plays out her passion for future perspectives and trends in inspirational design and intriguing brand identities.
Before joining gravity, Kat worked in brand management for the fashion and cosmetics industry for eight years before moving to Los Angeles and starting her own trend forecasting agency.
She holds a master’s degree in Trend Forecasting from Polimoda, Florence.
With his foible for fashion and corporate design being even bigger than his wardrobe, he often draws on his love for extravagant compositions to easily handle the oft-cited request to “take this and make it pretty, please”. That goes for presentations and prototypes as well as for his own sneaker collection.
Before joining gravity, he worked for several companies in the fashion industry. Michael holds degrees in communication design with special focus on fashion (Munich Design School) as well as in patternmaking with emphasis on design from the Master School for Fashion in Munich.
