gravity is looking for a


(m/f/d) who can support our team with his or her experience in qualitative research, copywriting and creativity. We are a small consultancy working for big international brands on high-level projects, creating genuine impact – always trying to have fun while delivering stellar results.



  • Taking an active, responsible part in planning and conducting research projects from start to finish – be that writing a report or presenting the outcome to our clients

  • Leading qualitative fieldwork – broad range of methodologies, innovative and classic

  • Crafting discussion guides, developing screeners and managing all project-related documents as well as recruiting

  • Analysis, synthesis, report writing, developing frameworks and opportunity areas as well as preparing strategic recommendations – including client consulting

  • Project management: coordination between clients, project team and suppliers for local and international projects – working towards and supervising timeline, budget as well as client and team satisfaction

  • Being part of an interdisciplinary team at a small agency – working on other projects as needed, especially in strategic consulting and copywriting

  • Being an active part of and moderating creative client workshops


  • Some years experience in creative and strategic consulting or qualitative market research or similar fields. We are open to other profiles that are familiar with only some of the expertise we’re looking for or have gained equivalent experience in a related field, if they are open to and quick at learning our approach. Experience in quantitative research methods is a welcome plus-point.

  • The work will be interdisciplinary and across product categories. Solid experience in consumer research, qualitative research methods and an understanding of creative approaches are preferable; the ability to become familiar with new topics and to tackle new and varying tasks independently with a hands-on approach is required

  • Experience in working with different qualitative techniques – including moderation of group discussions and in-depth interviews

  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in German and English, written and spoken. This position requires a lot of copywriting, so good style and swiftness are key. Proficiency in another language is always welcome.

  • Refined analytical skills, coupled with creative thinking

  • Willingness to travel, to take on responsibility and to manage projects
